The Government of Rwanda (GoR) undertakes the organizing of regular ICT workshops, training programmes, seminar and conferences to raise ICT awareness nationally and to address other national ICT issues identified for attention by the NITC. All this is done in an effort to achieve the government's goals of transforming Rwanda into a knowledge and information based economy.
RITA endeavours to be at the fore-front of ensuring that the Government of Rwanda stays on top of emerging new technology.
- Courses - Identifying courses that will empower employee
- Developing Technical Skills - Constant review of new technological skills to be acquired.
- End User Training - Assisting end-users in utilising the applications and services available.
- Training Facilities - In collaboration with institutions of higher learning, civil servants are given quality environments to participate in training sessions.
