Engraving Services for RITA Assets
Rwanda Information Technology Authority (RITA) invites bidders to bid
for Engraving Services for RITA assets.
This tender is open to all interested and qualified
firms with a valid trading license and all other legal documents allowing them
to trade in the Republic
of Rwanda.
The Terms of
Reference are available at RITA for free, with effect from 19th October,
2007.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in
four copies one of which is the original must reach the Executive Director of
RITA in sealed envelopes not later than 8th November, 07 at 9:30
hours prompt local time (7:30 GMT), at the address mentioned above and they
must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 2% of the total bid value issued by a
bank or an insurance company and should be valid for 120 calendar days from the
date of bid opening. The envelopes should be clearly marked as follows:
